advice on a new board

i just started out snowboarding last season.ive been out 20-30 days.i can hit the green and blue runs well.linking turns.hill side transitions,going fast, staring to jump etc.i have been riding an burton air 157 and have been thinking of upgrading to a new board.so i was wondering if anybody had some advice on what board might be good for me..an all terrain board..something that would help me advance.
