Anagram wide 163 + newbie ... Help

Hey guy,

New here from the land of the long white cloud ( new Zealand ), just starting out @age 39).. Looking at 2 used boards

2008/2009 k2 anagram 163 wide ( ww 268)
2006 ride control 162 ( ww 255 )

Looking for used and there fore don't have much choice on options. I know these are older boards.. Assume I need XML bindings in general?

I'm 6'2" 187 cm, 210 lbs 94 kg, size 12 burton imperial boots ( think these have reduced footprint they are 2013 model ).

Thinking I need a 160+ board, probably wide. I'm sticking to the groomed trails, nothing fancy here, no jumps, just cruising down the hill like an old man for now.. Is the anagram a good board to start with, is it too wide? What would you suggest is a good length and width

Help

The 163's ww may be a bit too much for your boot size, for a progressing beginner. A 159 wide would be a bit better and more responsive. Take this on general principle since I haven't ridden an Anagram myself.

Due to the rising cost of ammo, do not expect a warning shot! Sorry for the inconvenience.
