I agree, Neversummer is a good choice. You will definately need to get a wide board. Real quick here are some to look at:
Rome Flag Snowboard > Men's Snowboards - Free Shipping & No Sales Tax Burton Custom X Wide Snowboard > Men's Snowboards - Free Shipping & No Sales Tax Titan & Titan TX \\\\ NS Factory Built Denver, CO Heritage \\\\ NS Factory Built Denver, CO |

The Legacy is a good board though at your weight I would look at the Titan. As they say if you can't ride that board will ride you. The Legacy is a little bit softer than the Titan.
The Unity Dominion is another board that is a great ride or will ride you. It destroys everything you run into. All those boards come in wide models, which it looks like you'll need. I was also very impressed with the Flow Infinite Freeride last season. It performed just as well as the Neversummer and Unity models I demo'd. Rome Flag is another solid choice. |

I am 6'3", 207 and ride a 168. A buddy of mine is a bit heavier and rides a 173. I have ridden everything from a 156 to a 160 to a 163 and prefer the 168 and even considered a 172 or 173. Effective edge comes into play as well. If I were you, go over 170 for any board.
