Good begginer set up?

Currently im looking at

Burton Cruiser snowboard size 151
Burton Custom bindings
Burton Tribute boots

I am 140 pounds and 5ft 7ish. Would this be a appropriate board set up to learn on and ride for 2 seasons on? If so then i will be buying it late march - early april and ride until the local slopes close (april 13th). What would be a reasonable price for all this? The condition is good, very minor chips and scratches.
