I'm thinking about buying a Burton X8 ... Do you think this is a good board and is the cost/performance ratio good or should I buy something else?
I'm not sure about this ... I just want a flexible board with which i can jib around on the piste and a litle bit in the park. It should be a litle bit of a allrounder but not too much, cuz i have an allround board. I'm really not sure :P greets |

If you don't have to then don't get it. Its not worth it. If its your only option then its not a bad board, its just severly overpriced. I'm pretty sure Bataleons ship overseas from their designated shops. Look at the Evil Twin or Jam. If you can find one, look for the Jibpan, Stairmaster, Darkstar, Swindle, Indoor Survival, Mid Life, Powder Sucks, or DH.

I looked the boards up and some are still available. I'll try to get an Evil Twin. I like the top sheet ... still its an expensive board.. I hope it's good ^^just one last question... is ICS better than the other binding systems?? Last edited by tux9th; 03-04-2009 at 09:31 AM. |
