Hmm... I don't think my local store has Rome Madison's, or at least I don't remember seeing them.

What's the difference between the two Rome bindings? Anything substantial or just little features?

There are the two official pages. In short, the difference is that the Madison has the underwrap heel loop 2, and that it is lighter...and complimented with leather. That's about it. With a difference of about $30 it's really not a necessity but if you have the $ you might as well splurge.
Edit*Oh, and they have slightly different flexes...
