Cannot contact Salomon regarding fake board

I purchased a Salomon Surface board while in Japan in February and have looked online to find the same board online however all online images of the board have a completely different graphic.

I have checked all of salomons websites and have found no easy way to get in contact with them. I sent an facebook message with photos of the board to their salomon snowboard facebook page and noone has replied (over 3 weeks)

Does anyone know of any other way to get in contact with Salomon regarding this potentially fake board?

It's a Japanese region specific board and an old model.

There is no money in faking an obscure salomon board. It's probably just a specialized board with some custom graphics. I've heard it's hard to get through to salomon. Go to a shop and see if you can get a reps number.

Sometimes manufacturers change the design after a small run because they aren't happy with it.

Most larger companies produce japan specific decks that are usually softer, shorter and have a smaller ww for Asian riders .
That's probably what it is.

Guessing it might look like one of these?
【楽天市å*´ã€‘SALOMON SURFACE の検索結果 - 板 スノーボード ウインタースポーツ(新着é*† ウィンドウショッピング 在庫あり):通販・インターネットシ㠃§ãƒƒãƒ”ング
Even if it isnt on that page, as well as being quite likely a Japan-specific model/design, it might also have been overstock from a rental market design. Especially if you bought it cheap from London Sports like i mentioned to you in your last thread.
