As they said, 2015 has 2 versions now - the stripped down one with no setback and the new limited which sounds more like the old one tech wise, but also with 0 setback this year. Probably less 'all mountain' and more 'twin' now... I did like the 2014, but grabbed a YES. PYL in the end on the cheap.

Going to try to test out the new limited some time... it does look pretty!

Where did you get the info on the 0 set back as the store I'm purchasing it from I know the guys quite well. They got to ride them on the board test in austria and said they were the same as last years model still a directional twin. The only thing is the normal one is just a downgraded version.

Does the wife know about this purchase, haha?

I'm glad I found the hovercraft I was looking for when I did. Same tech as this year at a much lower price.

Since you're UK, would you hit up the big bang demo day? Was good last year, but I'd bring bindings. They had some bindings there but not much choice.

Some of the stuff on my shortlist when I was looking at all mountain stuff, bit random:

Jones Mountain Twin (last years)
Jones Aviator
Rossignol One magtek
Venture Zelix
Yes PYL
NS Cobra
Smokin KT-22
Ride Highlife UL
Nideker Megalight
Capita Black Snowboard of Death

Not all RCR or even similar flexes though lol.

Haha no but there's so many snowboards around the house she won't notice one new one. Yeah gonna go to the tamworth demo day but testing all mountain/freeride stuff in a dome doesn't really give you much to go on. Was looking at the Aviator can pick up last years at a good price but I do like rcr boards so not sure about going back to camber even if it's got the beveled base. My main problem is size 11 boots (uk) they do have reduction but not too sure on what waist width i could get away with? I wanted a Slash Brainstorm but the 157 is only a 250mm waist am still gonna check it out as soon as my local shop gets them in. Other than that I think it's between the ride highlife ul or the capita bsod.
