Stiffer boot recommendations?

I have the Vans Encore BOAs which have packed out and feel very soft. Looking for recommendations for a stiffer BOA boot for freeriding. I've heard good things about Salomon F22s, any other boots similar to this you could recommend? Thanks in advance.

Go to the store and ask for the stiffest boots they have. Find the pair that fits you best and buy it.
I have a pair of Burton Ions, they work great for me and are fairly stiff.

Best advice.

I have the Vans Cirro boots and they are stiffer than I expected really, but I love them... they are listed at 6 I believe.

Anyway, I think the Vans Fargo boots are stiffer than the Cirro and I've heard all good things about them. I used to ride the older Fargos and I liked them.

I have a pair of the F22s and i LOVE them. I weigh 195 without gear on and they provide excellent support. I had a pair of Vans BOA lacing boots a few years ago and I feel that the speed lacing of the salomons is uncomparable. Much quicker and better responce and precision lacing. But as the other guys have said, def go to a store and try them on first. I would NEVER order boots online without actually trying them on in a store.

Another vote for Ions (if you can get a deal on them).

I have F-22's, and I highly recommend them. I'm 250lbs, aggressive rider and even with 50+ days they're barely even starting to pack out... getting in and out of 'em is a snap, and they fit 1/2 size smaller since the liners don't come out and they have one of the thinnest profiles available. Excellent boots. Probably on sale this time of year too.
