and i should have said, last year's and closeouts are fine, need not be a 2015

I ride a 163 Never Summer Cobra after only previously riding cambered boards. It's great in the pow while not being strictly a powder board - which I guess is what you want seeing you said all mountain rather that pow board.

Heard the Ride Highlife UL is very similar and has great reviews.

Out of the NS lineup, I'd say the Heritage X. Either 159 or 163. The Cobra is pretty soft for hard charging.

YES PYL 161W would definitely be high on my list. It along with the K2 Ultra Dream 159W would probably be the top two I'd be looking at in your shoes.

Others worth a look:

Jones Aviator 160W or Mountain Twin 161W

Venture Zelix 159W.

Salomon Assassin 160W.

Capita BSOD (not sure if this guy comes in wide)

Salomon Mans Board seems to come to mind. I'll also tip my hat at the High Life UL from Ride. Arbor A-Frame might be another one. K2 Turbo Dream or Peacekeeper.

Lib Tech TRice 161 is a mid wide that floats nice in power and is stable at speed

liking what i read on the Yes PYL, finger on the trigger. but the jump to crc is the only thing making me hesitate! change is tough. also i ride fakie alot (shoulda mentioned that) so the directionality of the PYL is a small tick against

go the t.rice pro. for a true twin the board is pretty gnarly. ive been on mine for 3 seasons now riding in BC. its my daily driver. handles pow well, charges hard and very maneuverable. with the rocker underfoot it makes it super playful too. i love doing high speed butters and switch ups on groomers and spend most of the time riding switch and i love this board for that.

EDIT: i came from riding a 168 burton canyon from 01 (fully cambered free ride board).
