Metal Edge Repair HELP!!!!

Hey peoples,

I love riding my PBJ it's an old board but an amazing shred sled, I'm not well up on repairs and could do with some advice.

There is a gouge running along my metal edge and I'm wondering what is the best way to repair it.

Any advice is welcome.

Is the edge loose, and separatimg from the base, or is it just a gouge.

If it's just a gouge tour in luck. This is going to be the easier of the two to Fix. I suggest using a bit of p-Tex. Its a very simple DIY task. Just order some online, and look up a tutorial. Shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to patch up.

since it is so close to edge, prior to p-tex I would take some really thin expoxy and seal it. West system found in west marine would be good , it is thin and will seal cracks. then follow up with a ptex candle

Cheers guys,

It's just a gouge the edge is fine, will look for some epoxy and ptex.

I've repair nicks here and there with epoxy but didn't know about bonding with the metal

Mucho appreciated
