Default Sims... cheap like Lamar? Or middle of the road?

Are Sims products considered in the same category as Lamar and Morrow as far as quality? Or are they a little better? Worse? (particularly speaking about their bindings)

I would put them in the same category. With the cost of some bindings right now, and sierrasnowboard's 50-70% off prices, i see no need to ever buy anything that isn't at least a name brand

With the sales going on right now (or whats left of them anyway) you could get good quality gear for the price of the crap brands you've listed .

And personally i would only use the brands you listed if they were giving to me, and even then only on a backup board or something like that.

It's true. I got a Rome Design, which is their top end board, for just over $300. You can pay a little less and get a Sims, Morrow, Lamar, etc. It's just not worth it. Spend a little more and get a really nice board that will last and perform as well as you.
