if i were you id look for a girl specific board, such as a roxy. because your girls are young and most likely lighter than a boy, a girl specific board would give them more flex and make it easier for them to learn on.

How much do your girls weigh and how athletic are they? How aggressive do you think they would be on a board? The answer to these questions will determine the length of the board as well as the type of board that would be most appropriate for them.
I echo the previous poster's recommendation that you look at a woman-specific or girl-specific board. Will you be snowboarding with them? I don't have children yet, but I'm already looking forward to sharing the sport with my kids when they're old enough.
