good board for buttering

hi i am a beg beginner who just learned how to carve. my carves are very big s's so i guess u can say im not at the intermediate stage yet. im trying to get a board and bindings that is good for a progressing rider that can butter good. what do u guys think of the burton fix bindings are good and what other boards would i look at. basicaly i want to carve and do basic ground tricks like buttering

The Fix is a relativly stiff board, and i've heard that it has burtons crappy version TBT. If you want extreme butterability, check out the Bataleon Airobic, K2 WWW, Rome Artifact, Ride Kink.....

bataleon airobic is considerably softer then the next few in line. fun as hell to play around on.

The banana is great for mainly park/buttering, but is too soft for bigger features and freeriding. If you live where the conditions are pretty icy, i reccomend anything with some sort of traction(MTX, BTX, Vario-grip).
