Default Are the Rome Madison bindings a large fit?

Hi,

I just recently tried on a pair of S/M Rome Madisons with my size 5 Thirty-Two's and found tonnes of room in the width (i could easily fit my finger in the gap). My Thirty-Two boots is such a wide fitting boot that they need to be wedged into my current size small Lexa bindings and are wider than my size 6 DC boots. Also the bindings were so long that i wouldn't even be able to move the heel cup forward enough to center my boot over it.

Does anyone out there with Madisons find them bigger than usual? i'm hoping that the guy at the shop gave me the wrong size to try on

Thanks!!!

My Wife has some 07/08 Rome Madison in size S/M. I was fitting them too her boots the other day and I didn't notice them being large or roomy at all. She wears a 6.5 Boot on the middle heel cup setting; Perfect fit. However, she wears Rome Smith boots so they should work perfectly.

They're a great binding, BTW. Also check out FLUX if Rome doesn't work out.
