Are these bindings like out of the box and go? how adjustable are they?

there quite adjusteble, but if your intermediat then you can basicly just ingnore the most of it. most is suzing..

great bindngs btw

Love 'em. Very adjustable and super comfy.

They come set to the middle of the size range, so if you are on either end of the range you'll probably want to adjust the heel loop for better boot centering (3 positions). You'll also probably have to adjust the straps for the correct fit on your boot. This is an easy and tool free adjustment. As others have said, the bindings are very adjustable, within the size range of the binding.
