After reading and searching I have to post for some advise.
I just got back from a week of boarding and rented a arbor roundhouse 163 and loved it! But I have only been on two other boards in the last 12 years of boarding. I'm 6' and 175 pounds and just cruise the mountain no park riding at all. I read that this board is on the big side for me but man I loved the stability and how fast this board was. I do a little jumping and search for powder when i'm not on the groomers with my kids, this just seemed like a great all around board any advice before I run out and buy one? Thanks |

You could go 159 or 163....there won't be a huge difference in those two sizes but if the 63 felt right then I'd stick with that....especially since you prefer to freeride.
I'm the same size and am riding a 163 roundhouse. I was torn between that and the 159 but I'm glad I went with the 163 - I like to go fast. |

I was looking at the same board. I really want a roundhouse. I was looking at the 163 and I am 180. I ride all mountain and deep snow.
