i would strongly recommend that you get a smaller board, especially if you are a beginner. i am an intermediate-advanced rider who is 140lbs and i ride a 154. if you are a beginner, you should look for a smaller, softer board.

get a 151 or 149, it will last you a long time. 155 will be difficult for you to manage at your size. again sizes are all preference, a 155 would be ok for just cruising and carving bout it would be hard to do anything else

At 5'3 100 lbs you really need a sub 150 board...at 135ish I can ride a 151 all mountain basically. Like a 147 or 149..

Don't get one that big. I found out that bataleon boards are made big. My 153 Goliath is the same size as all of my other 157 boards.
