Any experience with Prior boards?

Anyone ride Prior boards around here?
They make their boards in Whistler and sell online.
They seem like pretty high-end and specialized kit -- split boards, swallowtails, sticks for the hard-boot folk.

They have what looks to be some nice freeride boards in 160 to 170 lengths.
I am thinking of one of their more conventional boards, like the MFR.
I also like some of their graphics -- and that's what it's all about right?

Anyone on this forum ride Prior? Any thoughts about their boards?

Well an MFR 162 is on its way to me now. I'm about to find out first hand what they're like.

It's meant to be a super-fast rocket ship -- for a soft-boot setup.

What year is your MFR? I don't know if the base design makes any difference to its durability. Mine's the black/white/orange lion. They claim to be sintered bases -- should be about as durable (or not) as any other sintered base, I woulda thought. Have you had any base problems that needed fixing?

My old board is an old Clash 162. I can't tell much between the stiffness of my new MFR and the old Clash while hopping around on the carpet. The MFR is 10mm longer -- hardly worth talking about.
