i wouldn't go above a 150. I'm 5'10, 120, and wear a size 8 boot and I'm rockin a 147 rome artifact and feel like i could probably go to a 144 and be fine

As some have already mentioned, a smaller board would have a smaller swing weight and easier to control. Given your weight, a smaller board would allow you to better load the board and thus, potentially, give you more pop on ollies/nollies.

im thinking about getting a 145
i hate to change the topic of this thread but is there a board you recommend for my ideal riding style: boxes/rails, ground tricks, and not many jumps
