Lace Up vs. BOA Systems

Dumb question but will ask anyway

Is the BOA System boots worth it or are lace ups just as effective?

Laces are for people that like sloppy fitting boots.

Laces are universal, single BOA isn't for everybody, dual BOA is better

THERE ARE SPECIFIC REASONS AS TO WHY I AM MORE LOCAL THAN YOU

In my experience BOA is vastly superior to laces. However, my wife recently got boots with the Burton fast lace system, and I must say it appears to be crap.

My Vans Cirros have a great BOA system.

OMG a friend of a friend of a friends gay transexual lover had an issue. Sit down and shut the fuck up and only talk on something you have first rate knowledge. God kids these days.

I don't like the BOA on the side of the boot. I can't put the inner pant liner over it.

It would be nice if they placed it a little lower.

My Burton Rulers with their Speed Lacing work great, maybe not as easy to change as BOA but it works.
A buddy actually has problems with his K2 boa boots, maybe they are just getting old but if he falls or gets stuck in some deep pow and has to wiggle around hes had his BOA disengage and loosen his boot on him. Granted hes only mentioned it happening once but it did suck for him lol..
