Whats this set up worth? (pics)
 
So im looking to sell my board, ive been out of the sport for years, and not sure whats its worth. Heres what I know

-K2 Illusions
- Board was bought in 2004 for 600-700$
- Bindings are all Lamars ive had around for awile
- Its a park board
-pretty heavily worn/scratched
-kemper boots, made without a liner


so please, im gunna sell this locally, what would be a fair price?

lol well I think you could dupe someone into it for $100 flat. For example, if you have a yard sale and you post the board out with the boots in the bindings and a sign that says "ONLY $100 FOR THIS COMPLETE SET UP" I think you'll get a quick buyer (at least thats true here in LA)

if your selling online I'd say you could use better pics too.

boots and bindings are worth nothing, board you could get anywhere between $50-$150 depending on who you sell it to and how much they know

why does snowboarding gear do not retain any of its value? granted I come from a photography background and don't know much of resale value of snowboarding gear. I could sell any one of my lenses for 80-85% of what I paid for it.

Only true if you got L lens or equivalent...crappy kit lens wil not worth 80-85%
