True all mountain board. - Snowboarding Forum

So I got my Un Inc. board and now my friend is looking into buying his own. He wants a board that will do anything, park, rails, mountain etc. He also wears 11 or 12 boot size so he probably has to go with a wide board and is a beginner buts wants something to progress with later on and have fun. What boards should he look into?

Well theres a big difference between Size 11 and 12 boots, so you really need to figure out exactly which one it is..and what boots hes going with..i know a lot of burton boots have low profiles to actually be smaller than the same size boot from another manufacturer...

Also his height/weight/price range would be useful ..if he only has 200 bucks to spend what board he can get is entirely different than if he has 500.

I know he weighs 195 lbs and has a budget of 600 for board, bindings and boots.

I've found that my Anthem works pretty much anywhere. I can ride in moderate powder with it, but I usually use it for jumps and ground tricks. I don't do park, though, so I can't comment on that.

Yea, but it's not wide. I thought the Slash would be nice option.

Rome flag is the wide anthem.. It is stiffer then the Slash...
