I'm wondering what will happen to my binding

Recently i was in Whistler, last year i bought a pair of Forum Republic 07/08 bindings (the purple ones, not that it matters)

On my back binding (left foot, im goofy) the highback snapped. From my eyes it looked as though the crack will be too hard to fix with an adhesive. I went to my local board shop and they sent it to the forum factory (under guarantee).

Neither the guys at my local shop, or i know what the outcome will be? Will they replace the highback with last years (if they have one), will this years republic highback fit? Will they be able to repair it? Will they give me a new set?

I'd like to hear from anyone that has experienced something like this.

Thanks

Hopefully they will just give you a new set. I've never heard of anyone getting refurbished bindings back if they are under warranty.

Unless their new highback's fit your bindings they will likely send you a 09 or '10 set of bindings.

they don't glue highbacks back together. they will put a new one on the binding. i'm surprised your shop didn't do it. much easier than shipping them all over the place.
