I have a pair of Thiry Two Tm-Twos that I have been using for the past couple of seasons, and I have started to get really bad heel lift in them. I have heard that adding insole inserts can help eliminate this. I am looking at the Sole Softec inserts, but I'm not sure which ones to get. I am thinking the Ultras, but I am afraid they may be too thick and may cause my boots to fit improperly. So I may get the regulars. Does anyone have any experience with any of this? Thanks.

They gotta go inside..
Looking at that boot im not sure if you could do insoles...

Your best bet is to take your boot to a sports store that carries Superfeet insoles, either the Red or Orange probably is your best bet...REI, Cycling Stores, Sports Authority etc all have them..

Most stores will let you take them out of the box and try them on...put them in your boot and see if they even fit..and if they do see if it helps your problem.

You already have their "midsoles" under the liner...
So you have no insole to remove, so im not sure if you could fit one or if it would screw up your boot fit too much...only way to know is to try...

The problem this man faced is his Thirty-Two boots dont have insoles, so he cant replace them. For whatever reason in their infinite wisdom over there they put his sole between his liner and boot shell...which means nothing but Thirty-Two's midsoles will work properly...

I agree Superfeet are the bomb i have orange in my Burton Ruler boots and work great.
