New board - 8yr hiatus

Last year was my first time back on the mountain after 8 years (knee issues). I pretty much had to re-learn and still consider myself a noob. I'm thinking of picking up a decent used board (all mountain) this year.
Here are my stats. I'm 6'0'' - 240lbs and wear an 11.5/12 boot. I'm almost sure I need a wide snowboard. My question is the length. Putting myself in the beginner category, do you think I can get away with a board in the 160-164 range or look for something 164+? The CL listing below is what prompted me to ask.

Rome 161cm Snowboard with Burton Cartel Bindings
Thoughts? I couldn't find what model this is.

Here are other boards I've looked at:
Burton Clash
Burton Cruzer V Rocker
K2 Raygun

Also, any other wide beginner boards you guys recommed?

I'm only a third year rider here in the Midwest but I really like my Raygun. I also have a Rossi Templar that's fun as well. The Rossi is definitely more board for the money with camber between the feet, magnatraction and a sintered base. Since you've ridden before, you may want to check out a hybrid camber profile like that.
