Default Transition from 153 to 147

Hello,

This off season I have in mind to pick up a Stepchild JP 147 just for park jibbing sessions. Currently in the park I'm using a Stepchild Simon 153 and wanted to know if moving down to a 147 would be a disadvantage from the stand point of ollie power and pressing because mathematically I'm losing 2cm off the tail and a bit more off the nose.

Here are my stats just in case you're wondering 5'7" 140lbs size 8.5 boot.

Thanks for your help.

no, none of thos things are based solely on board length, the way a board feels/reacts/rides is a combination of all the aspects of the board.

at 5'7" 140 you should probably not be riding a 153 anyways. Im the same height as you, but 135lbs and i ride a 148 k2 www
