Better comparison on the Rossi side is the Trickstick or Retox. The Rockn is a pretty versatile jib deck, the Happy Place is a mid flex do anything twin.
I never rode the happy place, but I recently bought the Rocknrolla. One difference is the Rossi has "jib roller" raised edges, which is similar in theory to Bataleon boards. It makes the board pretty playful and catch-free, especially for someone like me (still learning, less experience than many others here). It still managed to hold a pretty good edge here on the ice coast this weekend...
