I've never ordered from their web site but I've been to their stores many times. I've scored some excellent deals on gear there.

Bought a Burton Custom Wide from there last month on sale big time. They were great. Shipping was free, quick and packed very well. They even called me before they shipped it to let me know it had a few scuffs on it they couldnt clean and to see if I still wanted it. They even said once it came to me and I saw the scuffs I could send it back no questions asked. Great customer support and I will be buying from them in the future.
