Default Lining issues with Vans Kira?

Hi Guys

My GF has a pair of Vans Kira's and she has trouble removing the inner lining to wash it etc. I've had a look at it and it seems there are a few laces attaching the lining to the boot itself.

I've got the Vans Encore and my inner lining's are removable - no problems.

Anyone have a solution?
If indeed it's not removable, can anyone suggest any cleaning / maintenance tips?
(The only thing I can think of is going beserk with some alcohol / antiseptic spray - no one likes smelly boots! haha)

Cheers - Laz

The Kira is removable the harness is just sewn into the shell. Reach down and grab it right at the base of the ankle and pull forward in a outward bending motion towards the toes that should remove it.
Angry Snowboarder Because someone has to call it how they see it!
