Need help with getting my first snowboard

I went snowboarding for the first time last week and it was sick! I'm looking at getting a snowboard before I head back to Australia but I'm a bit confused about sizing. I'm 6"1' (185cm), weigh 157 lbs (71.5kg) and have a shoe size of US 12. What size snowboard would be right for me if I was going to use it for the whole mountain?
Thanks guys

With a size 12 foot you will most likely be looking at wider boards to avoid toe/heel drag. I wear a size 13 and face the same issue.

I'm almost the exact same size as you (6'3", 155 pounds, size 12 tennis shoe but fit into a size 11 snowboard boot). Nearly all the shops have been recommending wide boards to me, in the range of 156-160, depending on the board and style of riding.

Okay thankyou for your help! I think I'll end up getting around a 157-158 wide board
