Board Flex Question - Snowboarding Forum

Well currently im riding a burton se7en.

I really like the board and all but it's not very flexible. it said it was a park board but it really doesnt have much flex. so should i go and buy a more flexible board or is their a reason im not getting the flex i want out of my current board?

If the case ends up being that my board just isnt rly flexible and its not a human error then what boards can i get that are very flexY?

Board size and your weight would help.

The se7en is already a soft board. The only other Burton I know that would be softer is the Dominant.

Never rode the seven, but can tell you that the dominant isn't that soft at least compared to my kink.

Im about 125lbs. and the board is a 147.5

Bottom line, the board is fine, you just don't weigh enough to flex it. You'll need a noodle board or a women's flex board if you're looking to do presses.

i thought the seven was a pipe/all-mountain board? isnt it what terje usually rides. if it is a pipe board it will be stiffer than most other park boards.

Terje rides a Malalo and Fish, sometimes the T6. The Se7en was Trevor Andrews board it was at one point a sick all mountain freestyle deck, now it's over shadowed in their line up.

im looking at a Rome Agent to replace my Seven.

at your size you need to be on something like an Artifact
