Default Bindings opinion

Ok, I think I decided to get the Never Summer Legacy R board over the Burton Custom X (let me know if you think I made a bad choice). And now I am looking into some bindings. I have been looking at bindings all day and now my head hurts. Anyways, here are some bindings I am considering, let me know which you think would be best. Also I am 6'3 215lbs with a size 14 shoe and I am a beginner.

Burton Triad
K2 Auto
K2 Formula
Ride Nrc
Burton Custom

Burton Triad - nope
K2 Auto - nope, look at Auto Evers instead
K2 Formula - maybe, or 2010 Auto Uprises
Ride Nrc - yes, or CAD
Burton Custom - nope

Wow, so much for all my research. Which binding would you suggest then? I know you said forum or union but which model? Thanks again for your help.

What kind of riding will you be doing with it? Do you want some room to move or a super responsive all mountain killer? It depends on your riding style and preference.

I haven't had great luck with Ride bindings. I tried this years burton Customs and they sucked. I had the best luck with a couple Forum bindings I tried. I really like them. I have the Arena on one board and the Republic on my Evo/Artifact...They are great and super comfy straps!!

mostly just groomers some simple freeride stuff. I eventually want to do some park stuff but I need to be able to go down the mountain first. Thanks

Snowolf's option of Rome Targa's wouldn't be a bad choice as the inserts could make the binders softer or stiffer. It'll be great for free riding and probably would be bad for learning either.

If you look at Union I'd say the Forces. They are kind of a mid-stiff do-all binding.
or go for the Targa's like Snowolf said.

or...... for the Ultimate Steeze : Legacy-r, Raiden Strike, Rome Libertine:

You'd have to tuck your pants in your boots to sport this setup though!

Union Force isn't a bad all around, the Union Force-MC are freaking amazing, Contacts aren't bad either. Unions are pretty stylish and give you the ride you need. I havent rode them before, but i have heard good things about the Rome 390s and Targa bindings.
