Okay, so I just bought a huge pair of Burton Moto sz 13 boots. I love them, and they fit great. I also bought a pair of Burton Mission bindings (with the cap strap, or watevs its called). I am low on cash, so I am ussing my old board from last year. It is a 156 Head Ignition. It is a wide board, its waist is 26.6, so its a pretty wide board. I am wondering if I am going to get any toe drag with this setup, or if there is a way to test it without actually riding. because when I used this board last I had size 10.5 boots, and now I have 13. So thats a big step up, so it may not be wide enough, but it is just as wide as the Burton Bullet about. So does anyone know the disadvantages im going to have? Also, I think the board is WAY to short. I am 6' 160lbs. And the board is a 156. I love to ride the park, but I also have to teach lessons in the day. So I have to be able to carve well. Just any info will help, thanks guys!

i thnk the board is big enuff for you; you are quite middle weight
the boot might be a problem tho. if it is, then you will have to just swing out your bindings to a larger angle; if you are into carving (are you sure you strictly carve, even for lessons?) then this stance will have to be of the dreaded alpine variety; ie both feet facing forwards... you might be able to get an idea of potential toe / heel drag from just mounting your set up on your plank, but of course, the best determination is to try it out.

The board is fine, width and length... in terms of the bindings fitting, as long as they are a Large you'll be fine, burton doesn't have an XL binding to my knowledge...when I did use them I had Larges and size 13 boots
