Default New Setup quesions

First post yeahh...
okay so i've been riding my 2006 gnu riders choices with ride mig bidings and boots[will be for sale soon if anyones interested] and think it's time for a new setup. i'd rather not go with gnu again or burton.

i mainly do freeride and park riding so i want a board that i can easily go back and forth with. i've been snowboarding for about 11 years so i'm no beginner but i'm really clueless when it comes to the tech stuff, or what brands are good. does anyone have any suggestions???
oh yeah i'm 6 feet 150 lbs. and got size 12 feet unfortunately...

East or west coast? What's your ratio of park to freeride as well?

size 12 on a riders choice??? Bit narrow for those feet I would think...how'd that ride for you? Any heel/toe drag?

i'm an east coaster and probably ride about 60/40 [freeride/park]

the riders choice i have is a wide width one, so i don't have to worry much about the drag. but it's a real fun board to ride

Well, you read what I said on the fish, but I'm gonna repeat it here.

Get fitted for boots first, you're on the cusp of needing a wide board, so it's hard to say what boards you should look at if you're an 11 OR a 12.

1-Get a boot that cuts your foot print and is comfy
2-@ 150 you can go with a ton of different sizes, try 153-155
3-You'll want a middle of the road in flex a 5 or 6 for most ratings. Only thing is you can't compare companies (a burton flex rating to a ride rating. completely different.)
4-bindings, rome targas, spi's, k2 formula, Tech nine is nice too. also check out forum(owned by burton now).
