right size? Burton Ďsystemí Jacket

Iím thinking of buying the system jacket (online), has anyone got one and have any comments about it? Iím not sure what would be the best size for me. I want it to be generally pretty baggy but Iíve heard that each size is quite big. Iím 6 foot 4 but pretty slim, my current ocean and earth jacket is an XL and fits fine, but for tshirts and jumpers I usually go for are L. Iím thinking L is probably gonna be the best fit. Any ideas? Cheers

I can tell you that all the Burton's I've tried on have been true to what the online sizing charts say (XL=42-44" chest).
At 6'3" 250, the XL's are usually 1-2" too small around for me. They are nice and long though.
Measure the chest circumference on your old jacket and compare it.

yeah thanks. I ended up going for the XL. For chest and waist the L fits better but at 6'4" i thought I'll need the extra length

The problem comes with being tall. The only jackets I've seen made for people over 6'2" are Burton, 686, Special Blend, and North Face(but you'd have to sell a kidney first). Point being you take what you can get on sale.

i dont have the system, but i did own a burton jacket at one time in my life, Then i threw it in a fire, biggest pos in the world, then i saw the light in the day when i went with Volcom, who is now all i will buy for outerwear. Burton makes decent boards i would have to say, I rock the Burton 7even and its one of the best boards i have ever rode, but everything else they make is garbage.
