Got my new set up today, and I am stoked and cant wait for October.
I was in the market to replace both my Directional and my true twin this year. I was origionally going to replace my directional with a Arbor Coda or Wasteland and my true twin with another Forum model. After trying to find a good deal on a Coda and never having actually having the oportunity to ride an Arbor I decided to wait. When I stumbled across this Del Rey 158 new blem on Evo for $220. I decided it would be a great way to try an Arbor and replace my true twin. The more I researched about this board the more I liked it. Its a true twin that slays the park but also has a bit of all moutain ripper in it. As far as the blemishes go, I have gone over the whole thing and found only some tiny tooling marks under the clear coat near the nose and a tiny spot under the front binding where the clear coat fisheyed. You cant even notice it unless your looking for it. I think I can live with it. I love the graphics on this model and the Waterwood wood grain it unbelievably rich for being the natural color. To top it off I got a set of Drake Czar bindings in brown and gold from Brociety for $59. If I like this board I will have no Problem shelling out full price for a Coda or Wasteland.
So stoked and cant wait for snow...here are some pics...enjoy!!!
