Default Board Advice

Hey all, I'm hoping you can help me out here. I used to snowboard religiously in middle school and high school then I trashed my back and needed surgery. Now 8 years its killing me not riding so I'm getting a board and heading out again.

The riding I'll be doing is kind of all around. Smaller jumps(can't go huge with a F'd up back full of titanium)and mostly just crusing around the place. Most of the snow here is crappy ice but I'll be heading out west a few times this year. I am 5'10" and about 180lbs. I used to ride a 147 and liked it 7 years ago when I was 25lbs lighter.

What size board would you recomend for someone like me? I didn't know if the stifness has changed much in the past decade or not. I am also open to any suggestions of specific boards. I'm not looking to break the bank but a few hundred should do the job.

Thanks for the help!
