So last season I was riding and after going down a downbox i caught my tail and fell onto some ice. I separated my shoulder and I needed to get surgery to fix it.
Needless to say i dont want this to happen again and I was wondering if anyone knew of any good shoulder protection that wouldnt inhibit my snowboarding. My PT said i need something like hard plastic around it so that it diverts any pressure away from the shoulder. And so far the only thing that looks right is motorcycle gear but i have no experience with that. Can anyone help? Thanks |

Nothing is going to give you mobility and protect you like what you want. My shoulders are shot and the only thing that has helped me was building the muscle up and changing how I fall.
