Default Just got my Bataleon, but ) =

Just got my 161 Wide Jam, and it has several blemishes.... 2 different spots where the top sheet graphics seemed to have been trimmed to narrow and "white" shows thru. And 2 different random holes on either side of the board.

So I've contacted Bataleon and will keep this updated on the way that I am treated in this situation. Hopefully this turns out to be good promo for Bataleon, and not bad. ( =

Glad it's the middle of the summer and not riding season!

Well, I just got off the phone with Joey from Bataleon and it sounds like he's going to get me sorted with a quickness. He was surprised the board even went out with the several factory blemishes on it, as was I.

Luckily he happened to have a 2009 The Jam at the shop so this should be a super smooth transaction.

from what ive heard the support is pretty good ( havent needed it myself luckily ) , but ive been bugging em to send me stickers for ages but i never get a reply

Been talking to Joey from Bataleon and he's been nothing short of amazing with me. He requested some pictures which I sent, and now a replacement board is in the mail for me. A return shipping label will be coming with the box for me to send my board back with absolutely no charge to me.

Gotta say Bataleon was awesome to me on this one.... Granted the board never should've made its way into consumers hands, but it did, and they're making it right.
