Wide Mini Board? - Snowboarding Forum

Hi there, i was wondering if there was such a thing as a wide mini board. My boyfriend really wants one for xmas ( i know its early ) but i wanted to see if they even make them wide enough for him. He wears a size 14 boot and currently rides a 156. Any help is much appreciated. Also , i dont want it to cost $400 bucks lol.

Has he ever ridden one? Mini boards are fun once or twice, but any more than that and they're a waste of money. Of course, that's my opinion

yeah he has, he used to have one a couple years back and he actually rode it more than his normal sized one. Personal preference i guess lol i wouldn't know im just starting

K2 Vandal Wide 145

. It's actually a kids board, and not really that wide, but wider than most mini's. Weight range to 150 lbs(i don't know if most mini's are beefier than this). It has absolutely no tech.

I agree. I had one for a while and used it a few times. The money could be spent better on other things maybe.

the rossignol mini came in 121 and 123, the 123 was a wide, im not sure what the waist is you can porobs google it but not sure if rossi are still making them

anyways, i ride us14 and the mini 123 is fine for me though it doesn't get taken out much
