Default Good Rocker Boards

I'm looking to pick up a new board this season and have taken a lot of interest in the rocker boards coming out. Right now lib tech attracts me the most with their combo of magna-traction and rocker. What do all of you think about rocker technology and what companies are producing good models this year?

Ever since rocker boards have come out. I have loved them. I personally have really enjoyed all of my lib and gnu boards i have ridden and owned. They all ride awesome (I live in NY so we get a lot of hard pack and ice, so the magtraction is sick) Any of the new rockers you will enjoy though.

Agreed and the Vario Grip sidecut works!!! It's a different approach to accomplish the same thing MTX does!

The sl-r is the all around board in their line up. It handles great in the trees.

i have a lot of interest in girls lately. Ummm, what is a good girl for a girlfriend? I like them to fit my preferences and all that, can you help me out?

no, you can't, just like we can't tell you what is a "good" rockered board, because something i might love, you might hate, simple as that

Your response is downright asinine and is such a GREAT way to get people coming back. The OP was simply wondering whether people like rockered boards. Asking if they're worth the hype is a legitimate question, as not all new technology is worth what you pay for (recent discussions surrounding Burton come to mind). Furthermore, what is clear to you will not be clear to people less familiar with the technology, which can be very intimidating to many of us. Thanks.

To the OP: Conducting a search on this site will yield a good amount of information. Check out posts and reviews on boards from Gnu, LibTech, Bataleon, and Never Summer. As for whether you'll be happy with reverse camber technology, it's really a matter of personal preference.

i bought a skate banana in feb of this year , and honestly i cannot praise lib tech enough.
it has killer flex, insane pop, and the MTX is super underestimated. i know gnu has some similar stuff and recently other board companies have started to kinda copy lib tech but if you're gonna spend the money on a new board, id recommend lib tech over any other

You do know that Lib, Gnu, and Roxy are all under Mervin right???? Basically the same company. BTX on Lib is the exact same as Gnu and Roxy. Even Smokin liscensed Magne, so its basically the same thing. I think the Smokin-Traction is dialed down a little though.

My rocker picks go to CAPiTA, K2, Ride, NS, and Nitro.
