Hey all,
I just bought a used Giro G10 helmet and I am wondering how to go about taking the ear pads off if I need to. Do you just give them a good pull? I just don't want to do any damage to them.

They're super snug you'll think you're going to break them give them a hard yank.

You really shouldn't buy used helmets. They are only good for one big hit and you don't know what a used helmet has been through.

Rick is absolutely right.... Helmets are designed to take one "real" impact.

Highly recommend getting a new helmet if your going to use one

I bought it from a friend who never actually boarded with the helmet (don't ask me why he bought the helmet in the first place!)
