I have 2 pairs of goggles but i think i may have ruined the lenses on both... they are both dragon goggles, when they would fog up on me i would wipe the insides of them out with my bandana.. now they are hard to see out of in a couple spots and seem a bit scrtached on the inside.. is there some type of easy method to repair this? or is it hopeless?

yep your screwed ... a lesson learned the hard way. if they are newer lenses your local shop may have some replacement ones ... since frames normally change year to year you need to know the year model of your goggles but anything older than a season is sometimes hard to find... best tip is go in the bit of extra cash and by multiple lenses when you get your goggles that way you can get a bit more life out of them. some brands will offer multiple lenses for free on some of their models ... ask your shop guy... good luck
