Default Bindings Rome 390, Targas, or K2 Formulas

So i just sold my NS SL-R and plan on getting a new boards (old one was too big for me). Thanks to all the people that replyed on my thread about it. Ill probably get another SL-R, but I am open for options. Right now I am trying to figure out what bindings I want. Ill be 80% mountain and 20% park. I was going to get the Rome 390, but people say it is too soft and I would be better off with the Targas or K2 Formulas. Any ideas? Also, if you have other suggestions I'll be happy to take them.

Also I wear a size 9.5 boot. Will a S/M Targa/390 be better? I hear that a L/XL will be too big.

Thanks in advance

PS i forgot about the FLUX bindings as well. Feedbakcs and the Titan RX

I haven't tried Targa's but K2 Formula is an awesome binding.

If getting the Targas, get the L/XL for the 9.5 boot. You can adjust the binding down in size a bit and the 9.5 will be fine. The Targas are stiff, but you can adjust the front and back movement by changing out the inserts. I use my Targas everywhere on the mountain without any issues.

My brother has the K2 Sweaters (pretty much the same as the Formulas) and he thinks their a great binding for all mountain use (although he sticks mainly to the park).

You can't go wrong with either, IMO.

I have the 390s and I wear a 10.5 and use the L bindings and I think these are too big for that.

I really like these bindings, and I find them stiff enough. But I don't know I think it's the boot that is the most important for stiffness, maybe I'm wrong.

Anyways I've been happy with them, hug the boot tight and comfy.

definitely go targas for 80% mountain riding. plus they're fine in park, but 390s slay in the park.

I had L/XL 390s with a 9.5 boot, and it was the right fit. Get the L/XL if you go with the Romes.
