someone offers me used flow bindings for 50 bucks, do i accept?

so my friend has some old bindings and is offering to sell them to me for $50. he is going to show me a pic tomorrow. i dont know the model, though. what is the general quality of their bindings?

their top line models like the NXT's are killer bindings, but everything else seems to break with some frequency. I've had two pairs break on me, but they were cheap models.

NXT's or better, I say go for it

If it's under the M9 don't bother with it.

Agreed, I rocked the NXTs all last year and they were an awesome binding. Although they sustained a minimal amount of damage when a tree jumped out in front of me @ Jay but we won't talk about that.

definatley take everyones advice here, but alos see if you can actually have a hands on with them before you fork over the cash just to be sure that everythings ok as well as ask if he or she has had any problems with them.

yea what everyone said..i love my nxts. you may want to check your boot compatability with em though, 95% of boots should be fine though..

NO! don't buy under any circumstances, worst bindings ever created. Jandals and nails will create better bindings.

Don't get them if they're plastic. My friend had some low-end flows and they would just fall off.
