Default Best Powder freestyle board - lib tech banana magic, arbor coda or lib tech speedodee

I am wanting a board for bigger mountain style freeriding/POW/freestyle riding.

I have a Jones carbon flagship 161 and love it for freeriding especially when it's deep and steep! Blasts anything in it path.

However I want to get more freestyle with my riding and need a board for that.
I am 5'9 and 158lbs

Looking at the Arbor Coda, banana magic and speedodeeps.
I am leaning toward the 157 banana magic?
I should also mention I will only be riding off piste.
Thankyou

I would Have a look at the Arbor Element as well. I bought a Roundhouse which is basically a wide element and it looks like it could fits what you are looking for. Although the only POW I've seen is east coast super 6 inches pow day.

I tend to agree with this. The Coda is good, but the Element is better for pow freestyle.

If you really want something solid for powder freestyle I would look at the Amplid Pillow Talk.

From my ridden list the Trick Pony comes to mind.

The Magic is a fun groomer board, but I wouldn't call it a powder freestyle board.

Thanks for the advice guys. I did actually speak to Arbor and they suggested the Coda as it has bigger tip and tail (early rise I believe) for float.
The Amplid pillow talk and the trick pony look rad but they are on the softer end of flex and would like something slightly stiffer for bigger, steeper riding too.
The smokin Jetson look like fun?
Anyone have experience with this??

Can you get a hold of an Endeavor Clout?
Seems like a solid match for what you've said you want.

Also Salomon Assassin or Ride Machete GT.

Also the Salomon Sickstick looks great too!
Any experience riding these boards?

Thanks

Tried an Assassin a while ago, pretty good all around all mtn freestyle board. A lil bit stiffer than mid flex.

Have a '14 Endeavor Live which is similar flex to the '15 Clout. The Clout is flat to camber with raised contact points. The Live is camber to rocker tips, tons of pop, aggressive and floats great. But the Clout is what Rusty Ockenden mostly rides and he's a full on backcountry aggressive freestyle guy:

The Assassin is a well-known solid pow freestyle all around all mtn stick.

Havent tried the Machete GT, but it's pretty similar. Maybe stiffer than the Assassin. Also the Yes Greats is similar. So whenever someone mentions aggressie freestyle pow boards... I think of those. If you wanted floaty playful freestyle... I'd say Trick Pony or Sickstick.

I reeeaally want to try those Arbor boards (Element and Coda)... but i have no idea how they'd ride being full rocker with the grippy tech thing. Plus they look dope. Arbor makes good looking boards.

I've owned a couple sick sticks. Super fun and responsive boards. Excels in pow and especially in tight trees, it's right with you.
