Would a Rome Crail be good for me? (First board post number one million)

Hello,
I've been doing rental snowboards for a while, and I've decided I'd like to get my own now.

I've been looking for a board, but I've sorta been having some problems finding one. I am a guy, shoe size 8ish, 5'2" and I weigh 130lbs. I've been boarding for a while, but I'm still pretty much a beginner. I just just do runs and stuff; I haven't done any jumps or rails or parks or any of that (although I'd like to try that sometime). Mostly, I'm not too serious and I just like having fun with my friends. I'm thinking I should get a board 140something long. Is this right?

I think that the Rome Crail looks like a good board for me. It's cheapish and people seem to like Rome here. It also is available in a size that I think would fit me (147). It definitely fits within my budget; last year's is $165 w/ free shipping on Sierra. Does anyone have any experience with it? I hear people talking about how boards like Lamar are really bad quality; will this one be like those? I did some searching on the forum, but I couldn't ever find any definitive yes-or-no, "it's good" or "it's crap" answers.

If not the Crail, does anyone have any other recommended boards in a size that would fit me? I try browsing for small boards but mostly I just end up with women's boards :-P
Thanks,
Daniel
