New Snowboard and Binding size

Hey, I just started snowboarding last year and went about 3 times, so this year I plan on really getting into the sport and picking up my own snowboard. I'm about 5'10, 155pounds and foot size of 10.5-11. Currently the board that I've been really looking into and am really interested in is the Nitro Team Art Attack 159(not wide) with the Rome Arsenal L/XL bindings.

My main question is I want to know if the bindings will work well with the board, and if not are there others recommended for this type of board? I plan on doing all mountain snowboarding. Also, the bindings L/XL say it fits sizes 9-14 which is a pretty big gap, I'm wondering if this is normal for snowboard bindings? And lastly, I don't want my heels or toes to drag, would the 159cm(252mm wide) nitro fit my size and weight properly?

Thanks in advance!
