Question Stiff Boards

Hello,

I am 5'7" 210lbs (~95kg).

I am riding a 156 2006 Burton Custom, which is still standing strong but you can tell it is really old.

I want to get a new board, but the problem is I ride extremely aggressively and I am pretty heavy.

My background is downhill longboarding, so when I snowboard I lead with my back foot and use a lot of my downhill longboarding traits.

What are some boards I should look at that are stiff that can support my aggressive riding and my weight.

I normally do all mountain in the US East Coast.

A Burton Custom X in 160cm should make you happy!

Jones Flagship (check the Carbon version) 164+ if you also ride pow or Volkl Coal (the 168 has still a pretty narrow waist) would be sweet aggressive decks on the stiffer end for you.
Ride Highlife is nicely stiff as well; a tad softer than the others. Custom X is sweet but and again bit softer; 160 could be bit on the short side to push it at 95kg. Tho, if you were fine with a 156 Custom and "extremely aggressive" riding, a 160 Custom X still will feel like a step up.

BTW: I don’t longboard... so I don’t know if the boards I mention suit a potential style one may acquire from longboarding...

If you can find a Venture like this one... Venture Storm Snowboard 157 Length 25 Waist Width/style/STORM 157-25

They are crazy stiff and the best built board you will ever buy...

The XV isn't even that stiff. The One and Krypto are way stiffer.

Unless they've made it softer I'd say it'd pretty darn stiff, certainly stiffer than most of the freeride decks I've tried.

Flow Maverick, Arbor Steepwater, Jones Flagship, Slash Aurora, Burton Toughcat, Ride Highlife, or even a DC Media Blitz.

Last three years it hasn't been stiff at all.
